Terms of service
Last updated 20 October 2026
By creating an account or using bonilio you agree to these terms.
The service
bonilio helps you create, schedule and publish social media posts and manage comments and messages. Features and limits depend on your plan. We may change or retire features, and will give notice of changes that matter.
Your account
Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including people you invite.
Your content and connected accounts
- You own your content. You give us permission to store it and to publish it where you tell us to.
- You must have the right to post what you publish, and to connect the accounts you connect.
- You must follow the rules of each network you use, including their automation, spam and advertising rules. Networks can limit or suspend accounts, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
- AI-generated captions and images can be wrong or similar to other content. Check them before they go out. You are responsible for what you approve.
Not allowed
Do not use bonilio for anything unlawful, to spam or mislead people, to harass anyone, to infringe others' rights, or to break or overload the service.
Payments
Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access until the period ends. Payments are handled by Stripe. Unless the law says otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Our responsibility
We work hard to publish on time, but publishing depends on third-party networks and we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
