Delete your data

You can remove your data from bonilio at any time.

Remove one connected account

Open Channels, choose the account and select Disconnect. We delete its access token immediately and stop reading from or publishing to it. If you connected it through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove bonilio under Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) in your Facebook account; when you do, we delete the data we received from that account.

Delete your whole account

Sign in, go to Settings → Profile and choose Delete account. Your workspace, posts, media, connections and automations are deleted.

Ask us to do it

If you can't sign in, email support@bonilio.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Include the name of any social account you want removed.
